The place had a great location, easy access to a park and local market which was useful. The rooms were decently maintained and the staff members were basic yet polite. The breakfast was fresh and offered a variety of items to choose from.
The management was quite poor and the linen was worn out, even with stains at times. The dining area was below average with shoddy banquet tables and the staff wiping the crockery with used towels which was quite unpleasant.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities, including Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, near all the key attractions. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day.
The management could improve their service as the staff wasn't very helpful or efficient, and the linen wasn't up to the mark. , be aware of the extra charges they might apply compared to what you paid online, it's an unethical practice and left an unpleasant memory of the stay.

The management of the hotel seemed to be lacking, leading to issues with the linen and crockery, which were not up to par and could have been better maintained.
